Just the basics. All you need are:
1. Where to incorporate (which state)
2. The name of your company
3. Your company’s address
4. The name and addresses of your initial members
5. The name and address of your company’s Resident Agent
IncorporateMyself.net defaults to a Member Managed structure, since it provides the most flexibility. We suggest you leave the default as Member Managed, unless you have a specific reason for knowing you want a Manager Managed LLC.
