All IncorporateMyself.net applications come with a prompt next business day review. We review your application and prepare your articles of organization. Usually, we will be able to send the Articles of Organization to their destination the following business day. When the state approves and returns the Articles of Organization to us, we in turn notify you, and immediately forward your Articles of Organization to you, along with our New LLC Package.

By far, most of the time involved in processing your Articles of Organization will be the time it takes for the Secretary of State to complete their work. State turn around times are beyond our control. The amount of time an individual state takes is indicated in our online application process, but can vary widely depending on such external factors as the time of year, the state of the economy, the particular state’s backlog compared to its staffing, etc. Typically it can take from two to three weeks (or sometimes even twice that long).
