However, we can answer questions about our products and services and provide general information about LLCs. You attest that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are acting with full knowledge and permission of all individuals you list as a LLC contact, Member, and Registered Agent. You further acknowledge that in order to provide you the services offered on the web site, agents of Siparia LLC may be required to electronically "sign" for your LLC's contact, Members, or Registered Agent, and that they do so with the full permission of each of these. Any documents which require an actual (hard copy) signature by an LLC Member or Registered Agent will be forwarded to you for signature. Siparia LLC will not sign these on your behalf.
IncorporateMyself.net services are limited to completing LLC formation documents using information you provide, forwarding returned documents from the state to you, and providing you with the forms and information described on the web site. If you purchase additional services, IncorporateMyself.net will use the information you provide to provide these additional services. If your purchase EIN services from IncorporateMyself.net and wish IncorporateMyself.net to obtain your LLC’s EIN directly from the IRS, the IRA requires that you provide your Social Security Number. You further agree that this Agreement constitutes the required authorization by you for IncorporateMyself.net to obtain your LLC’s EIN on your behalf.
Siparia LLC guarantees your satisfaction with our services. In the event that we cannot address an issue you have with our service, we will refund our fee, plus 10%. This refund is limited to our standard service fee, and fees for any additional services you may purchase. It does not include required state filing fees.
As a document preparation and filing service, IncorporateMyself.net is not a substitute for legal advice and any new business owner seeking legal, tax or other professional advice specific to their situation should seek the advice of an attorney or accountant.
Web pages outside the IncorporateMyself.net web site domain are not maintained by Siparia LLC unless specifically indicated. Siparia LLC is not responsible for the contents of any site except those maintained by Siparia LLC.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Alabama (USA), without regard to conflicts of law principles. Complying with local laws in your location or other locations where you transact business is your responsibility.
