Articles of Organization

A Nevada limited liability company is formed by filing a Articles of Organization with the Nevada Secretary of State and paying a fee of $75. A certified copy may be requested for an additional $30. Expedited services are available.

The name of the limited liability company must end with the words "Limited Liability Company" or an abbreviation of those words (L.L.C. or LLC).

Qualification of a Foreign LLC in Nevada

In order to register to do business in Nevada, a Foreign Limited Partnership Registration must be filed. The fee to file the Certificate is $75 and you will receive a stamped “Filed” copy of your submitted document. A certified copy may be requested for an additional $30. Expedited services are available.
