Articles of Organization

An Illinois limited liability company is formed by filing the original and two copies of the Articles of Organization with the Secretary of State. The filing fee is a minimum of $500 (See complete list below).

The name of the limited liability company must end with the words "Limited Liability Company" or an abbreviation of those words (L.L.C. or LLC).
