Qualification of a Foreign LLC in Delaware
In order to register to do business in Delaware, a Certificate of Registration of a Foreign Limited Liability Company must be filed. The fee to file the Certificate is $200 and you will receive a stamped “Filed” copy of your submitted document. A certified copy may be requested for an additional $50.
