Articles of Organization

An Arizona limited liability company is formed by filing a Articles of Organization with the Arizona Secretary of State and paying a fee of $50. Expedited service is available for $35 and a certified copy may be requested for an additional $50 (+ $0.50 per page).

The name of the limited liability company must end with the words "Limited Liability Company" or an abbreviation of those words (L.L.C. or LLC).

Qualification of a Foreign LLC in Arizona

In order to register to do business in Arizona, an Application for Registration of a Foreign Limited Liability Company must be filed. The fee to file the Certificate is $150 and you will receive a stamped “Filed” copy of your submitted document. A certified copy may be requested. Expedited services are available.
